Divided Bell

Introduction:

I found the Division Bell recipe all over the internet looking to mix mezcal and aperol, and instantly fell in love. I enjoy the smoke from the mezcal and the sweetness the aperol provides. Only change I made was switching out lime for lemon, hence the name change. If you like mezcal and aperol, this drink needs to be made.

Ingredients:

  • 1 oz. mezcal
  • ¾ oz. aperol
  • ¾ oz. lemon juice
  • ½ oz. Maraschino Liquor
Garnish
  • grapefruit?

Preparation:

I’ll make it easy for you:

  • Shake everything on ice for 8-12 seconds.
  • Pour into coup.
  • Drink

Notes:

Again, a really good drink with lime. You can’t go wrong with either citrus. If I’m feeling a little crazy, I may even try grapefruit. Stay tuned….
